OUR TEAM

Caitlin Blundell, CPA & Founder/CEO

Over the past twenty years, Caitlin has provided financial and accounting expertise in New England, primarily in not-for-profit, healthcare, and higher education. She began her career as a financial statement auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with many not-for-profits in Boston. Caitlin has also worked in the private sector as a Controller, Director of Fiscal Affairs, and Director of Accounting, overseeing the finance and accounting functions at a private college near Boston.  

Caitlin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Boston College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Advanced Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor.  

Caitlin enjoys exploring the woods of New Hampshire and sailing with her husband and two sons. She currently volunteers as the Treasurer for Windham’s Helping Hands to help serve families in need within her community.

Sadie Lang, CPA & Client Controller

Sadie Lang is a dedicated accounting professional with experience in tax, financial management, and education. Her accounting career began in corporate tax, where she managed and prepared returns for a wide range of businesses. She now specializes in non-profit financial operations and previously served as the business manager of a private school. Before entering the accounting field, she worked as a middle school teacher and outdoor educator.

Sadie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master of Accounting from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Northeastern University.

In her free time, Sadie enjoys hiking, sea kayaking, and spending time with her family. She currently volunteers with a local non-profit that promotes cycling advocacy and transportation equity. 

Katrina Allen, Client Controller

Katrina is an accomplished accounting professional with over 25 years of experience. Katrina specializes in non-profit financial management. Her career began in the healthcare sector, evolving through roles as a Staff Accountant and Financial Analyst. Recently, Katrina served as the Finance Director for a non-profit organization serving the community, children and families in Southern N.H.

Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Katrina co-founded and served as Treasurer for Connor's Climb Foundation.

Katrina enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and spending quality time with her family in her free time.

Beth Mangano, Senior Client Accountant

Beth is an accounting professional with over 30 years of experience. Beth spent 8 years in corporate accounting before changing to office management and full-charge bookkeeping for small businesses. She has worked in manufacturing, luxury high-end audio, construction, financial services, and retail for musical instruments. Her last position was for a non-profit that provided daycare and summer camps for local students.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College with a concentration in Management. Beth is also a hospice volunteer focusing on grief support.

Beth is an accomplished musician who enjoys playing at local venues, assorted fairs, and farmers’ markets. She also hosts a monthly gathering for local musicians to share their latest songs. She spends as much time as possible with her grown children and family. She enjoys daily yoga and other fitness pursuits as well as hiking.


Nicole Zisu, Client Accountant

Nicole is an accomplished accounting professional with an associate degree in accounting from Nashua Community College and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU).

With valuable experience from her previous role as a full-charge bookkeeper, she brings a strong understanding of financial management to her work. Outside of her career, Nicole is a proud mother of two daughters. She enjoys cooking and has a passion for travel, always looking for new adventures and experiences. Nicole’s commitment to both her professional growth and personal life makes her a dedicated and well-rounded team member.

Jeanne Gendron, Client Accountant

Jeanne is an accomplished Consultant and Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in ERP and accounting software solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. After earning an Associate’s Degree from Rivier University, she began her career as an Office/Accounting Manager in the construction industry, where she discovered her passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges. This passion led her to pursue a career as a software consultant, specializing in implementing and managing ERP solutions.

Throughout her career, Jeanne has worked with various software solution providers, overseeing all aspects of the implementation process, from sales to ongoing support. She has supported clients across a wide range of industries, including non-profit, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, construction, property management, professional services, high-tech, and retail.

In her free time, Jeanne enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends but also has many interests, including fitness, yoga, hiking, travel, music, and theater.

Anthony Schepsis, Client Accountant

Anthony supports our nonprofit schools with full-cycle bookkeeping and daily accounting oversight, including payables, receivables, vendor management, monthly reconciliations, and client communication. He brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for clean books that help mission-driven organizations thrive.

Anthony worked as a full-charge bookkeeper at a law firm, where he built the firm’s accounting function from the ground up. He learned the fundamentals of accounting in an immersive, on-the-job environment and went on to implement multiple software integrations — primarily centered around QuickBooks Online — to streamline trust accounting, billing, and client cost tracking.

He holds a B.S. in Biology from Salem State University and also spent two years running a tutoring program at Salem Academy Charter School. His varied background includes work in carpentry, environmental fieldwork, and lab research — all of which strengthened his adaptability and problem-solving skills.

A longtime volunteer with food pantries, mutual aid groups, and homeless outreach programs, Anthony is particularly drawn to supporting nonprofits that do meaningful work in their communities.

Outside of work, you can find Anthony drawing (especially pen & ink), working on wood-burning and linocut printmaking projects, hiking, reading, or exploring the woods whenever possible.

Melvin Davis, Client Accountant

Mel is a seasoned financial and operations leader with 3 decades of experience driving organizational performance across healthcare and nonprofits. 

Mel spent the majority of his career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan - the largest health insurer in the State. He had many roles over his tenure including: senior analyst, operational readiness lead, lead recovery analyst, cash receipts lead analyst and many more where he managed hospital reimbursement strategies, contract negotiations, audits, business readiness and oversaw large‑scale financial operations involving hundreds of millions in monthly premium receipts for individual business customers. Mel later served as Controller for a small nonprofit, overseeing accounting, payroll, HR benefits, banking operations—including cryptocurrency management—audits, tax filings, and donations. Mel brings a blend of analytical depth, operational discipline, and collaborative leadership to every organization he has worked with 

Mel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Master of Arts in Economics from Eastern Michigan University. Mel also holds an active Michigan Real Estate License and assists a select group of individuals with real estate sales and purchases in his off time.   

Based in Princeton, Kentucky, Mel and his wife and a mini–Australian Shepard enjoy time on their small 65-acre hay farm where they hunt, fish, and grow their own vegetables. They have two adult children who live in Michigan and travel back and forth often to visit.
