Caitlin is a CPA with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, nonprofit finance, higher education, and school financial leadership. She began her career at PwC, where she worked with nonprofit organizations and developed a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting.

She later joined Merrimack College, where she served as Director of Accounting and was subsequently promoted to Controller. In those roles, she gained firsthand experience overseeing the financial operations of an educational institution, including budgeting, financial reporting, audit coordination, internal controls, and long-term planning.

That experience ultimately helped shape her decision to build a firm focused on the unique financial needs of schools and education-focused organizations.

Caitlin earned her B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University and her M.S. in Accounting from Boston College. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Hampshire. She volunteers as the Treasurer for Windham’s Helping Hands which is a local nonprofit helping community members in need.
